This prestigious new build high-rise condominium was a ground up design, throwing out the architects generic plan and starting from the beginning. Unnecessary hallways were deleted, spaces were expanded and contracted, and unique ceiling details were added special to this unit only. The grand barrel vault gallery, immense beamed kitchen / family room and extra deep crown at living room are examples of this attention to detail. A truly special customized project.
