Mountain Retreat - Deer Valley

The interior for a Chicago based family's year round retreat was inspired by its location and the mountain views surrounding the home. The interior was completely updated, baths replaced, hardwood and stone floors added, and previously bleached woodwork and ceilings were stained dark to add warmth. Elevating the space from your typical mountain lodge are rustic yet refined furnishings such as ratcheting chairs, custom hand stitched leather tables, over-scaled architectural headboards, and seven foot tall wall sconces at the dining area. A neutral tone on tone palette further echoes the natural beauty found outside.
